REGISTRATION AND FEE

To register, complete and return the printable registration form or register online. The seminar registration fee is $750.00 for early registration received by February 9, 2012 OR regular registration $825.00 (received after February 9, 2012). The fee includes a cocktail reception for registrants and their spouses on Thursday night, lunch on Thursday and Friday for registrants only, and a continental breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for registrants only. All registrants attending will receive a complimentary copy of the Bankruptcy Code and Rules, a program materials book, and a searchable CD containing outlines of the lectures presented by the faculty. A full capacity is expected. Registration as early as possible is encouraged.

The registration fee is due when the registration form is submitted to the Institute. American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted. LOCATION AND HOTEL RESERVATION

The location for the Thirty-Eighth Annual Seminar is the InterContinental Buckhead, 3315 Peachtree Road, N.E., Atlanta, GA 30326. If you wish to make hotel reservations at the InterContinental, call 1-800-327-0200. Group rates are available until February 20, 2012, under Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute.

REFUND POLICY

Registrants who are unable to attend the Institute will receive a refund of 90% of the registration fee if notice of cancellation is received by the Institute on or before Monday, March 5, 2012. A refund of 40% of the registration fee will be made if notice of cancellation is received by the Institute on or before Monday, March 12, 2012. No other refunds will be made.

SUBSTITUTIONS

A substitute from your firm may be named before the seminar, provided you notify the Institute (P.O. Box 102418, Atlanta, Georgia 30368-0418).

ADMISSION TO SESSIONS AND MEALS

The Institute will provide an identification badge for each registrant and these badges must be worn in order to gain admittance to all lectures and other functions of the Institute.
