REGISTRATION AND FEE
To register, complete and return the registration form provided with this brochure or register on-line at www.sbli-inc.org. The seminar registration fee is $725.00 for early registration received by February 20, 2008 OR regular registration $795.00 (received after February 20, 2008). The fee includes a cocktail reception for registrants and their spouses on Thursday night, lunch on Thursday and Friday for registrants only, and a continental breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday for registrants only. All registrants attending will receive a complimentary copy of the Bankruptcy Code and Rules, a program materials book, and a searchable CD containing outlines of the lectures presented by the faculty. A full capacity is expected. Registration as early as possible is encouraged.

LOCATION & HOTEL RESERVATION
The location for the Thirty-Fourth Annual Seminar is the InterContinental Buckhead, 3315 Peachtree Road, N.E., Atlanta, GA 30326. If you wish to make hotel reservations at the InterContinental, call 1-800-327-0200 or click here to reserve online. Group rates are available until March 5, 2008, under Southeastern Bankruptcy Law Institute.
REFUND POLICY
Registrants who are unable to attend the Institute will receive a refund of 90% of the registration fee if notice of cancellation is received by the Institute on or before Monday, March 17, 2008. A refund of 40% of the registration fee will be made if notice of cancellation is received by the Institute on or before Monday, March 24, 2008. No other refunds will be made.
SUBSTITUTIONS
A substitute from your firm may be named before the seminar, provided you notify the Institute (P.O. Box 102418, Atlanta, Georgia 30368-0418).
ADMISSION TO SESSIONS AND MEALS
The Institute will provide an identification badge for each registrant and these badges must be worn in order to gain admittance to all lectures and other functions of the Institute.
