REFUND POLICY
Registrants who are unable to attend the Institute will receive a refund of 90% of the registration fee if notice of cancellation is received by the Institute on or before Monday, March 1, 2010. A refund of 40% of the registration fee will be made if notice of cancellation is received by the Institute on or before Monday, March 8, 2010. No other refunds will be made.
